The accounting system ID is the vendor code used to identify this author in your accounting software. This field is required if you want to import an EasyRoyalties payments file into your accounting software.
When importing the author name you can import the FirstName and LastName. Or you can import the FullName (John Doe) field. If the FullName is imported the software will attempt to divide it into its component parts; name title, first name, middle name, last name and suffix. This will overwrite the values in the FirstName and LastName fields.
