After the permissions record is created, you can create an invoice for the licensee.
- Go to the Fee & payment tab for the permission.
- Select the Invoice this item… button.
- The Select invoice window opens. You can add this permission to an existing open invoice for this client or create a new invoice for this permission. Press OK after making the selection.
- The Invoice item window appears. You can accept the description as is or modify it. Press OK to continue.
- The invoice record is created. Select the Edit/view invoice button to view the invoice.
- The invoice record appears. The Invoice tab shows the line items for this invoice.
- The General tab displays additional information for the invoice. You can enter comments that will appear on the invoice.
- Print the invoice by selecting the Printer icon at the top of the invoice record.
- Press the Cancel icon; the red X, to return to the prior screen.
